A graduate of Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA and the University of South Carolina School of Law, Daniel has been practicing law since 2008. During his career he has worked in multiple capacities in the area of residential mortgage lending as well as in real estate law, estate planning, and business formation.While at USC Law, Daniel was a research editor for the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal, where he developed an interest in the intricacies of real estate law.

Daniel grew up near Chattanooga, Tennessee but has called South Carolina home for twenty years. He lives in Anderson with his two children, where they attend Boulevard Baptist Church. On weekends you’ll find him hiking, volunteering, playing music, or engaged in way too many hobbies.
